About us

Energocontrol Group is a research and development group of companies. Presently, it employs 134 people (including 10 with PhD and professor degrees).

Energocontrol carries out development projects for such companies as ALSTOM (France, UK), BOMBARDIER (Germany, Austria, Canada), PCB Piezotronics (USA), AIRBUS (France), FEDERAL MOGUL (USA), FEV Motorentechnik Gmbh (Germany), Delphi (Luxemburg), Valeo (France), Sanden (Japan), Epsilon (Switzerland), ESA (Germany), SEACOM Gmbh (VULCAN Group, Germany), SAMSUNG (South Korea), TEAC (Japan), Siemens (Germany). At the same time, Energocontrol Group supervises development projects for many Polish companies and cooperates closely with research and development centers all over Poland, among them AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, the Warsaw University of Technology, The Szewalski Insitute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of Polish Academy of Sciences, The Wroclaw Univesity of Technology, The Silesian University of Technology and others. Currently, it realizes 8 international research projects, within the 6 European Framework Program. One of these projects is coordinated by Energocontrol Group. For project purposes, the Group cooperates with over 100 companies, in the fields of technology and engineering.

Quality policy
Quality policy and quality objectives are established to provide a focus for directing the organization. The quality policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. The quality objectives need to be consistent with the quality policy and the commitment to continual improvement, and their achievement needs to be measurable. The achievement of quality objectives can have a positive impact on product quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance and thus on satisfaction and confidence of interested parties. An approach to developing and implementing a quality management system comprises several steps including:

  • Determining the needs and expectations of customers;
  • Establishing the quality policy and quality objectives of the organization;
  • Determining the processes and responsibilities necessary to attain the quality objectives;
  • Determining and providing the resources necessary to attain the quality objectives;
  • Establishing methods for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of each process;
  • Applying these measures to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of each process;
  • Determining the means for preventing nonconformities and eliminating their causes;
  • Establishing and applying a process for continual improvement of the quality management system.

Our organization adopts the above mentioned approach and creates confidence in the capability of its processes and the quality of its products, and provides a basis for continual improvement. This leads to increased satisfaction of customers and other interested parties, and to success of the organization.
